SESSION FEE
$180 per 50-minute individual session.
INSURANCE
Major insurance plans are accepted through credentialing and telehealth partners. Coverage and eligibility vary by plan, so the simplest path is to schedule a brief consultation — I'll verify your coverage before the first session and answer any questions about cost.
PAYMENT
Major credit cards, HSA, and FSA cards are accepted.

All sessions are conducted via secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth, available to individuals throughout the state of Connecticut.

All sessions are conducted through secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth, available throughout Connecticut. Many of those who work with me find that the privacy of a session from their own home — without the commute, without the waiting room — allows them to settle more quickly into the work.
For some, therapy unfolds as a one-on-one conversation. For others, the Men's Group offers the additional gift of being witnessed by others walking similar ground.
