You are not alone.

Services

The work of therapy is rarely about a single, tidy problem. Most people arrive carrying several things at once — a grief they haven't finished, an anxiety they can't name, a marriage that's grown quiet, a faith that's gone uncertain, a self they've lost track of. Streams of Hope is built to receive all of it.

Individual Therapy

One-on-one work for those carrying something they're ready to set down — whether that's grief that was never fully grieved, anxiety that won't loosen its grip, a loss of direction, or a quiet sense that something inside has gone still. Together, we work at your pace toward steadier ground, attending to the full weight of your life rather than a single symptom.

Group Therapy

Healing rarely happens in isolation, and some of the deepest work happens in the company of others walking a similar road. Our groups offer a safe, guided space to be honest about what you're carrying, to feel less alone in it, and to find both support and perspective among people who understand.

Men's Group — A space for men to speak honestly about what they often carry in silence — stress, grief, anger, loss of direction, the quiet weight of expectations. Among others who understand, the work is to set down what's been held alone for too long.

Grief Counseling — Support for those moving through loss, whether the grief is fresh or long unfinished. Together, in the company of others who have known loss, we make room for mourning at its own pace — without rushing it, and without facing it in isolation.

“Do not let your heart be troubled.”

You don't have to carry it alone.

Many people who reach out are looking for something deeper than symptom relief alone. Some are seeking emotional healing. Others are wrestling with questions of meaning, faith, identity, grief, or inner disconnection. Many have struggled to find a space where emotional and spiritual concerns can be explored together with honesty, wisdom, and care.

At Streams of Hope, we listen carefully and speak with compassion, honesty, and clarity — and we believe people heal when they are met that way: with care, and with close attention to the full weight of their lives.

SESSIONS & SCHEDULING

All sessions are conducted through secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth, available throughout Connecticut. Many of those who work with me find that the privacy of a session from their own home — without the commute, without the waiting room — allows them to settle more quickly into the work.

For some, therapy unfolds as a one-on-one conversation. For others, the Men's Group offers the additional gift of being witnessed by others walking similar ground.
